I’m a therapist, writer, and PhD student whose work sits at the intersection of psychology, love, relationships, and relational sustainability — particularly within Black life.
I study how people define love, inherit relationship scripts, negotiate meaning, navigate conflict and change, and construct relationships that can actually sustain a life. My academic and clinical work allows me to ask larger questions about how people build, maintain, and experience love and what it takes to experience relationships that support human flourishing.
